This Scottsdale residence was reimagined through a major interior remodel centered on one defining move: a complete transformation of the main living space floor plan. The layout was thoughtfully reworked to create a more open, functional flow—bringing new energy and intention to how the home connects, gathers, and lives day to day.
At the center of the redesign is a striking new kitchen featuring an oversized island, full custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a sculptural oven hood, and a beautiful glass tile backsplash that adds depth and polish. Nearby, a dedicated coffee bar and a fully refrigerated dry bar with accent-lit glass shelving introduce both convenience and refinement, creating natural moments for everyday living and effortless entertaining.
The remodel also included a new ensuite designed for future guests, achieved not by adding square footage, but by intelligently reconfiguring the existing footprint. In the bathroom, a floating vanity, layered accent lighting, and wall sconces create a sophisticated, elevated feel that reflects the overall design direction of the home.
