Great people, great craftsmanship, great results! Thanks Dave and team!

Ann Goulet

We highly recommend McDowell Mountain Builders to get the job done right! They are trustworthy and reliable. They transformed our out dated step up/ step down cave-like snail shaped master shower into a beautiful open and well functioning shower. Son Steve Diltz was awesome to work with! He guided us thru this process with great communication via texts, , phone calls and frequent on site visits to monitor work. From planning, to demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, paint, glass enclosure everyone was professional and courteous. Looking forward to updating other bathrooms in our home!

Jonathan Philipson

We hired McDowell Mountain Builders to build an entertainment wall in our home that we purchased earlier this year. The project included building the center part of the wall out 14 inches and adding tile and shelving as seen in the attached pictures. MMB, led by Steve Diltz, did a superb job in this construction project. The worker who did most of the work was one of the most careful and skilled carpenters I have ever seen. We are so pleased with the final product that we are considering hiring MMB to build an addition on the house ( if the HOA approves it).

Steve is the kind of builder who brings quality, integrity, and attention to detail to every project. Whether it's a remodel or a new build, he approaches the work with craftsmanship and care—and he makes sure things are done the right way, not just the fast way. He communicates clearly, follows through, and genuinely cares about the people he’s building for. Steve is not only a great contractor—he’s a great guy to have on your team.

Penelope Parkinson

We’ve had the best experiences with McDowell Mountain Builders. Over the years we have worked with other contractors and it’s always so stressful and unorganized. We worked with Steve and had great communication. The work is quality and beautiful! We would 100% work with them on future projects. Highly recommend!

Dan Hart

MMountainBlders has worked on two projects for me, my private residence & a rental property. Not only are all these people fun to be around, fun to watch work, the finished product is amazing. From a complete demo & rebuild of two bathrooms, to tongue & groove ceilings in a living room, kitchen/dining & outside patio, to turning an unused bedroom into a sewing studio complete with 12 ft library ladder, these dudes are good! Much of this work I call works of art. Always on time, worked nonstop start to finish & w complete clean up. You couldn't do better anywhere.

Susan Evans

Steve and his team are truly the best! Whether you have a small remodel or a complicated full recreation, McDowell Mountain Builders is your team! They are on time, communicative and listen to their customers. They bring dreams to life to make your house your home!
